Save every generated PDF to Wasabi
DocSpring's S3 integration works with Wasabi. Every PDF it generates is copied into your Wasabi bucket, organized the way you choose.
What you can do with Wasabi
Uploads
- Every PDF, automatically
- Each PDF is uploaded as soon as it's generated, including combined PDFs.
- Your own file paths
- Build each path from the template, the date, and your own metadata, for example a folder for each client.
- Choose which PDFs
- Upload live PDFs, test PDFs or both, and limit uploads to specific API tokens.
Access and status
- A Wasabi access key
- Connect with the access key of a user whose policy can write to your bucket.
- Upload status and alerts
- Each PDF shows whether its upload is done or failed, and DocSpring emails you if uploads keep failing.
Set up the Wasabi integration
Read the setup guide- In Wasabi, create an access key for a user that can write to your bucket.
- In DocSpring, open Integrations, choose Set up Wasabi, and enter your bucket's region endpoint, its name and the access key.
- Set the file path and choose which PDFs to upload.
- Generate a PDF and check that it appears in your bucket.

Records that can't be changed
