Save every generated PDF to Dropbox

Connect your Dropbox account, pick a folder, and DocSpring saves each PDF there as soon as it's generated. The files sync to your team's computers like anything else in Dropbox.

What you can do with Dropbox

Uploads

Every PDF, automatically
Each PDF is uploaded as soon as it's generated, including combined PDFs. Word documents are uploaded too.
Your own folders and file names
Build each file's path from the template, the date, and your own metadata. Dropbox creates the subfolders.
Choose which PDFs
Upload live PDFs, test PDFs or both, and limit uploads to specific API tokens.

Folders and status

Team folders
Pick a folder in your own Dropbox or in your team's space. Renaming or moving it later keeps uploads working.
Upload status and alerts
Each PDF shows whether its upload is done or failed, and DocSpring emails you if uploads keep failing.

Set up the Dropbox integration

Read the setup guide
  1. In DocSpring, open Integrations and choose Manage Dropbox connections.
  2. Connect your Dropbox account.
  3. Pick the folder for your PDFs, then set the file names and choose which PDFs to upload.
  4. Generate a PDF and check that it appears in the folder.
