Save every generated PDF to Box
Connect your Box account, pick a folder, and DocSpring saves each PDF there as soon as it's generated. Your documents stay under the permissions, retention, and sharing rules you already use in Box.
What you can do with Box
Uploads
- Every PDF, automatically
- Each PDF is uploaded as soon as it's generated, including combined PDFs. Word documents are uploaded too.
- Your own folders and file names
- Build each file's path from the template, the date, and your own metadata. DocSpring creates the subfolders.
- Versions, not duplicates
- A PDF saved to the path of an existing file is uploaded as a new version of that file.
Access and status
- Choose which PDFs
- Upload live PDFs, test PDFs or both, and limit uploads to specific API tokens.
- Upload status and alerts
- Each PDF shows whether its upload is done or failed, and DocSpring emails you if uploads keep failing.
Set up the Box integration
Read the setup guide- In DocSpring, open Integrations and choose Manage Box connections.
- Connect your Box account.
- Pick the folder for your PDFs, then set the file names and choose which PDFs to upload.
- Generate a PDF and check that it appears in the folder.
