Save every generated PDF to Google Drive
Connect your Google account, pick a folder, and DocSpring saves each PDF there as soon as it's generated. Your team finds every document in Google Drive, organized the way you want.
What you can do with Google Drive
Uploads
- Every PDF, automatically
- Each PDF is uploaded as soon as it's generated, including combined PDFs. Word documents are uploaded too.
- Your own folders and file names
- Build each file's path from the template, the date, and your own metadata. DocSpring creates the subfolders.
- Choose which PDFs
- Upload live PDFs, test PDFs or both, and limit uploads to specific API tokens.
Access and status
- Only the folder you pick
- DocSpring can only see the folder you choose and the files it uploads, not the rest of your Drive.
- Upload status and alerts
- Each PDF shows whether its upload is done or failed, and DocSpring emails you if uploads keep failing.
Set up the Google Drive integration
Read the setup guide- In DocSpring, open Integrations and choose Manage Google Drive connections.
- Connect your Google account.
- Pick the folder for your PDFs, then set the file names and choose which PDFs to upload.
- Generate a PDF and check that it appears in the folder.
