Updated Terms, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement

We've updated our legal terms, effective Sep 30, 2026.

Data Processing Agreement. Our DPA is now published at https://docspring.com/dpa and is part of our Terms of Service, so you no longer need to sign one separately. If you already have a signed DPA with us, it still applies.
Subprocessors. The DPA lists the providers that help us run DocSpring, including DocSpring NZ Limited, which provides engineering and support from New Zealand. We'll post here at least 30 days before we add or replace one.
