New DocSpring Region Available in Europe

DocSpring is now available in two regions: Europe (Frankfurt), and United States (N. Virginia). These two regions are completely isolated and do not share data with each other (including user accounts). If you sign up for our EU region, none of your data will leave the EU.

Our login and sign up pages now contain a dropdown where you can select your region. If you have any problems logging in, please make sure you are attempting to sign in to the correct region.

Region Domains

If you would like to move your DocSpring account to the EU region, please send a message in our live support chat, or send an email to support@docspring.com. The migration process generally takes a few minutes (depending on the number of templates.) All of your user accounts, passwords, and API tokens will stay the same. After the migration is finished, you will be able to make API requests to the new EU API domain: https://api-eu.docspring.com (If you are using one of our API client libraries, you can configure a custom host.)

If you have any questions or concerns about data privacy or GDPR, please feel free to contact support and ask to speak with our data protection officer (DPO). DocSpring's EU-GDPR representative according to Art. 27 GDPR is Rickert Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Colmantstraße 15, 53225 Bonn, art-27-rep-docspring@rickert.law.

DocSpring also offers an enterprise license for on-premise deployments. Please contact enterprise@docspring.com if you are interested in self-hosting the DocSpring application on your own servers.
