Download Links Now Use downloads.docspring.com

Download links for your PDFs and files now use our own domain: downloads.docspring.com in the US and downloads-eu.docspring.com in the EU, instead of an Amazon S3 address. This covers download_url, audit_trail_download_url and preview_download_url on submissions, combined submission and custom file links, the template document_url, and the links in webhooks.

The links work as before: they expire at the same time, keep the file name and support range requests. Links we sent you before the change keep working until they expire.

If a Content Security Policy, firewall or proxy on your side allows our S3 bucket's hostname to fetch these files, add the new host for your region. You can still send these links back to us, for example as a source for a combined PDF or as an image in an HTML template.
